What are Hot Tickets on the site?
Hot discount theatre tickets are for shows within the next 24-48 hours that are in high demand.
You’ll find these tickets by clicking on “Hot Tickets” at the top of any page on our site. You can
sign up for Hot Ticket Alerts, where we email you about newly available hot tickets.

How can I buy discount theatre tickets?
Discount tickets of at least 25% off the regular sale price to non-profit performing arts venues in New Jersey
are available through njArtsTix.org on the day of show unless otherwise noted.
The selection of shows changes daily and is listed on this site.
Performances can be searched by theatre, county, and discipline (i.e. theatre, music, dance, etc.)
Discount theatre tickets can be purchased for day of performance and next day performances by becoming a VIP member.

When can I get discount theatre tickets?
Discount theatre tickets go on sale 24 hours prior to performance time.
Discount theatre ticket sales for a performance will end 2 hours prior to performance time unless otherwise noted.
VIP members have access to performances 48 hours in advance.

Why can't I exchange my tickets?
All discount theatre ticket sales are final — there are no refunds and no exchanges! This is the policy of all theatres.

What is the service charge?
To help operate njArtsTix.org, there is a 10% service charge on the sale price of each ticket sold.

How do I know where I am sitting?
You can select your location (i.e. orchestra, balcony) when you purchase your discount theatre tickets.
The box office of the theatre you selected will receive your order and provide you with the best seats available in that section.
If you want to know your exact seating location, you must purchase full price tickets to your performances at the theatre's box office or
by contacting the box office by phone directly.

How do I pick up my tickets when I buy through njArtsTix?
When you buy through njArtsTix.org, your discount theatre tickets will be held at will call at the theatre box office before the show.
Will call is usually one hour before curtain.
Make sure to take your confirmation number and the credit card used and present them to the box office in exchange for your tickets.
Your confirmation page will serve as your receipt and as your proof of purchase.
